How to make things happen

When we plan to finish a task by a certain time, with a clear intention, it is possible for the outcome to materialize just as planned. But there's a catch to this - If we determine the what, and the when, we have to be flexible about the how, and let go of our ego (that also tells us how it should happen, and how each person involved must react). And we can let go our ego only if we have faith in the nature of things, faith in ourselves, as well as faith in others. By letting go of our ego, we also have to let go of our expectations and motives regarding the outcome, due to which we decrease stress, become detached and capable of performing better with a higher level of awareness. People who cannot have faith or trust always have a hard time getting things done, and are constantly stressed out.
