Actions without motive or attachment

Apart from meditation, where we observe our thoughts while being detached from them, long walks or exercise, without motives/goals are excellent. When we walk, or exercise, not with a goal in mind(losing a particular number of calories etc), but just for the sake of walking/exercising, we are building up a habit of performing actions without motives or attachment to our actions. This habit slowly becomes a part of our attitude towards actions, and makes karma yoga come to us naturally without effort.

Even setting up a session for reflection or self-analysis in a goal oriented manner is premeditated by motive. These sessions should occur spontaneously. With spontaneity, comes awareness, and bliss.

Realize your true potential

Everyone has the potential to realize the absolute. To be the best the one can. How do we realize and maximize this true potential?

1. Let go - Of attachment to past - accomplishments, losses, joys, sorrows
2. Live - in the present moment, with awareness and bliss
3. Recognize - The potential that you have in everyone else
4. Pass on - Knowledge, wisdom, opportunities to others
